Private Chef
Simon will bring his years of experience as a chef to your home. Whether its to impress clients, close friends or family, Simon will take care of all the details. He will come prepared with everything needed to make your evening a night to remember. The only thing he won't bring is your kitchen sink!
Wherever possible Simon uses local, organic and seasonal products, a lot of these are supplied from Saskatoons farmers market. Everything is prepared from scratch.
Dinner parties
Hiring a private chef allows you to be free to host your own party. We offer fine dining restaurant plated dishes in your own home! We can supply a waitress to serve your guests and take care of all the clean up. Menus are designed for the occasion, around Simon's extensive culinary knowledge to produce foods ranging from traditional British, Modern British, French, Asian influenced and combinations of all of these.

Simon can come to your home where you and a group of friends can watch him prepare a dish, fillet a whole salmon, make a dessert the choices are endless, and then get to taste the finished product.

If you are a food company looking to promote a great product, simon can demonstrate dishes using your product in front of media and talk about the product itself. Simon has worked with CTV, Shaw TV, CBC Radio, local print and magazines as well as many media outlets in the United Kingdom.
