Class times: Tuesdays are a daytime class from 11:30am – 2pm.
Regular weekday classes start at 6.30pm; Regular weekend classes will start at 5.30pm;
ANY EXCEPTIONS will be specified in the class description.

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13 - Plant based VALENTINES - $275 plus GST per couple

Note: Each purchase of $275 covers the cost for the couple (2 people). Couples classes are a full night event so you may be in the kitchen until 10:00pm; if you have something else booked after the class it may conflict with this. EVENING weekday classes will start at 6:30pm

This class you’ll share two desserts!

First we’ll do some chocolate dipped strawberries then begin the main part of the class around 5.00pm

This class is a basic introduction to Sourdough.

Included is a 250g Jar 8 month old starter and a loaf of Sourdough

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27 - SALT- $90 plus GST

In this class we’ll look at techniques using salt that are used to enhance/cook/cure foods

Class starts at 6:00PM – Bring a pen and paper

Sourdough is the king of breads and this one is a 100% naturally leavened bread meaning no commercial bakers yeast is used. This class is a basic introduction to Sourdough giving you tips and techniques BUT you rill have to go home and practice, practice, practice.

Included is a 250g Jar 2 year old starter and a loaf of Sourdough

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6 - PARENT AND CHILD COOKING CLASS- $175 plus GST per couple

Work with your child to make some handmade fettucine pasta and a group made tomato and basil sauce finished with grated parmesan
