WEDNESDAY, MAY 8 - BASIC SOURDOUGH WORKSHOP- $100 plus GST per person (Advanced bread making)

Class starts at 6:00PM – Bring a pen and paper

Sourdough is the king of breads and this one is a 100% naturally leavened bread meaning no commercial bakers yeast is used. This class is a basic introduction to Sourdough giving you tips and techniques BUT you rill have to go home and practice, practice, practice.

Included is a 250g Jar 2 year old starter and a loaf of Sourdough

Camp dates will be:
  • July 29th to August 2nd $350 plus gst Age 8-10
  • August 6th to August 9th $300 plus gst Age 8-10
