SEPTEMBER 21 - COUPLES CLASS 3.0 - $200 plus GST per couple

Making food together is one of the things we tend to overlook but can be very rewarding! Note: Each purchase of $200 covers the cost for the couple (2 people). Couples classes are a full night event so you may be in the kitchen until 10:00pm; if you have something else booked after the class it may conflict with this. This class will show you how to make croissants from start to finish

Laminating the dough with butter Rolling shaping and proofing You will not want to miss this one!

The class will be broken down into stages to reduce time and will begin at 12.00pm ending around 3.00pm

This class will entail de boning the saddle and stuffing with a prune and brandy forcemeat which is poached and then roasted.
