Class times: Tuesdays are a daytime class from 11:30am – 2pm.
Regular weekday classes start at 6.30pm; Regular weekend classes will start at 5.30pm;
ANY EXCEPTIONS will be specified in the class description.

MONDAY, JANUARY 7 - BASIC SOURDOUGH WORKSHOP- $100 plus GST

$100 plus GST per person

This class is a basic introduction to Sourdough.

Included is a 250g Jar 8 month old starter and a loaf of Sourdough

TUESDAY, JANUARY 8 (11:30AM-1:30PM) - FRENCH 1.0 - $85 plus GST

NOTE: This will be a day time scheduled class from 11:30am – 1:30pm

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 9 - MOROCCAN - $90 plus GST

THURSDAY, JANUARY 10 - PASTA 3.0 - $90 plus GST

FRIDAY, JANUARY 11 - ITALIAN 1.0 - $85 plus GST

SKILL – Making gnocchi

SATURDAY, JANUARY 12 - COUPLES CLASS 2.0 - $210 plus GST per couple

SUNDAY, JANUARY 13 - YOUNG CHEFS COOKING CLASS - $65 plus GST

Handmade pasta
Fresh tomato and basil sauce
$65 plus GST per young chef
Class size 8 young chefs ages 10-14
Signed waiver needed to participate
Class time is 2-4pm
Only a parent or guardian can pick up the child and the name of the person picking up will be needed ahead of time.

MONDAY, JANUARY 14 - COMFORT FOOD - $85 plus GST

This class will be stick to your ribs with some great British classics.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 31 - BASIC KNIFE SKILLS/SHARPENING - $95 plus GST

This class will include knife sharpening method/basic cutting techniques
