  • Here you can order prepared meals which will be frozen ready to thaw and heat and serve with your preferred starch or salad.
  • Portion sizes will be stated on each item.
  • If you would like smaller or larger sizes those will be a special order so please contact for further information.
  • All dishes are made with grocery store product but if you would like a special order made with local/organic ingredients that can be done please contact for pricing.
  • As things progress there will be some stock of dishes made with local/organic depending on interest.
  • Your Order will be delivered for a $3 fee on Monday afternoons between 4.00pm-8.00pm or by arrangement from the kitchen location in the Avalon.
  • Delivery is only available in the City of Saskatoon limits.
  • Delivery days/times will adjust according to business.
  • Orders over $50 will be delivered at no charge.
